Survey on Global EducationIn January of 2012, a survey was created and submitted to the teachers within the school in which Mr. Burton teaches. The survey was also submitted to other teachers within his district whom he had previously identified as those interested in exploring topics related to Global Education; these teachers were invited to share the survey with others whom they felt might also be interested. The results are included here:

Question 4:How important is it that students learn to recognize their own and others’ perspectives on a variety of issues?

Question 6:How important is it that students learn to "take action" or to identify opportunities for productive action and then develop and carry out informed plans to accomplish the action?
